Microsoft CRM stands for customer relationship management. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) delivers the most powerful solution via its five apps or modules: - Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service Automation. It is not necessary that you require all apps or modules for your business. You can choose them while creating a CRM instance. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) customization is a process where you add some new features or modify existing features to make it suitable for your business.
