How to Stop the Pop up for “www.crmdynint.com” (Online Only)

It seems that with the new Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online, there is been a pop up coming so often with the following URL “www.crmdynint.com” the moment you log into ther organisation, the pop up keeps coming every few minutes and can be really annoying to the point it got me interested to investigate the source of this issue.

I discovered that the pop up was related to the Learning Path functionality. To resolve the pop-up behaviour you will need to open CRM Online and on the Options cog on the top right, and select the “Opt out of Learning Path” and then that pop up will stop.

Overview. Dynamics 365 CE provides functionality to automate business processes in the background or on a click of a button requiring a user to initiate this automation.
